What is
a Webcam? A Webcam displays a series of continuously updated images
on an Internet web page. This updated image provides the effect of a “Live” look at the area the camera is covering.
Images can be updated as often as once per second.

The easiest way- is by using a Webcam provider. They provide you the tools
you need to setup and run your web cam. Webcam images need to be hosted. Providers can do this and will supply you with
